Ok, I have been a bad blogger, even without the excuse of the site being down.
Today marks a full year since we broke ground. The house is finished, but we are of course waiting on final inspections before we can move in. And with the weather turning, the land work is not done- landscaping, driveway, final grading. Some may have to wait for spring but we'll see how that goes.
My Hubby has done a fabulous job. We've had some great help from super nice, very qualified professionals along the way and we've had some not so great workmanship from so-called professionals, but basically, it's been all Hubby. He is a master builder in my eyes!
Thanks for following along the way, it's been a long, arduous road. The payoff comes soon when we get to move in. The pugs are excited, they LOVE the new gas fireplace. They laid right in front of it on their little rug as we put together some chairs over the weekend.
That's pretty much it for now. Maybe will come back with a final photo if I can get the camera to give it up. LOL.
